O Voo Sustentável
“Sustainable Flight” is a project that aims to address the paradox of environmental sustainability; the principles of environmental, social and regulatory sustainability; the socioeconomic consequences of unsustainable investment; and the tourist exploitation of the biosphere reserve in the Azores archipelago.
It is inspired by a bird, the Cory’s Shearwater (Calonectris Diomedea), representing, in some way, the experience of many Azoreans, from the choice of a nesting site to the moment when they stop accompanying their child because it can now fly alone.
