By accessing the Website, the respective user (hereinafter “User”) agrees to respect and comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website. If the User becomes aware of any abusive use of the Website and its respective contents, he/she agrees to immediately notify Botodacruz of such facts, through any of the means of contact indicated in 1.2. above.

The partial invalidity of any of the Terms and Conditions will not affect the others, which will remain valid and fully in force; the part affected by the invalidity will be regulated by the applicable supplementary rules, using, if necessary, the rules for the integration of legal transactions.

Botodacruz reserves the right to, at any time, introduce modifications or changes to the Terms and Conditions, with the relevant changes being duly notified to the User through the Website, through specific notices published on the Website and prior to requesting the User's consent to those changes. The User must consult the Terms and Conditions regularly.

If the User does not accept the modified Terms and Conditions, he/she must cease using the Website.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and those that may be subsequently published following changes, the latter shall prevail over the former.
